A Nigerian-British businessman died after a fifth penile filler injection. The clinic said he had been a regular patient. The last session was 40cc in one sitting. A coroner later linked the procedure to a fatal pulmonary embolism.
That headline is not entertainment. It is a warning.
Pornography has discipled a generation of men to believe that what God formed is not enough. Size becomes identity. Injections become “self-improvement.” The body is treated as raw material to be upgraded instead of a temple to be stewarded.
Scripture will not bless that lie.
“I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” (Psalm 139:14)
“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” (1 Corinthians 6:19–20)
The marriage bed does not require a redesigned organ. It requires a redeemed heart, a faithful covenant, and a husband who loves his wife as Christ loves the church — not a man chasing an image that never existed in Eden.
Non-surgical does not mean harmless. Fillers in highly vascular tissue can migrate, clot, infect, deform, or kill. Death is rare. Disfigurement, pain, and regret are not.
Brother: the Lord who knit you together did not forget your body. Contentment is not settling. It is worship.
Sister: do not measure a husband by a screen. Measure him by covenant, character, and Christ.
The culture sells enlargement. The gospel sells enough.
Your body is not a project.
It is purchased.
Glorify God in it.
